Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


We have some suggestions for you to verify Bluetooth function:

1. Please unplug the AC power and refer to user manual page.30 to clear CMOS.

2. Please uninstall the Bluetooth driver under OS>Control Panel>Programs and restart the system.
After rebooting, please reinstall the Bluetooth driver v20.30.0.3 from below link.
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/Intel/Bluetooth/Bluetooth(v20.30.0.3).zip

3. Install another SSD/HDD with clean OS installed to verify the OS environment.
If possible, please reinstall Windows 10 OS and check if the Bluetooth works with Windows 10 inbox driver.

As title, Bluetooth stopped working anymore in WIN10.
I want to know why I get this symptom. I didn?™t do anything just normal use.
Please help me!!
