Hi! I am using ASrock b350m pro 4 with amd ryzen 3 1200 @3,8ghz with 16gb (2x8gb) corsair vengeance @ 2666mhz, rx470 4gb Asus Strix, 500w EVGA BQ and every time i turn of my PC tha fans still spins. Monitor is off keyboard and mouse rgb is off only fans and HDD are still on. I tried different PSU but the problem is MOBO. Every time I connect 24pin on MOBO and turn PSU on the Fans and HDDs start moving without pressing power button. Is the MOBO faulty or can this be any other problem?
