Thank you for choosing ASRock.

Regarding your case, there are two ways to load BIOS default.
1.     Enter BIOS setup and press F9 to load BIOS default.
2.     Clear CMOS to load BIOS default.
Follow user manual page 18 to clear CMOS.

But I did manage to get into BIOS, friend. Not through that software, but through Windows. But that shouldn't matter, should it? Install and try "Restart to UEFI", that should sort the problem out. While in the
BIOS disable fast boot if it's enabled and that should sort out the keyboard not

Can not enter BIOS using F2 or Del.
Keyboard blinks once when it starts but does not function after that until Windows starts booting.
Held Shift and managed to enter Windows recovery. From there, I booted into UEFI firmware.
Keyboard and Mouse refused to work.
I last accessed UEFI setting a few months ago. Back then, I think I activated Fastboot and some option that disabled USB devices until OS boot begins.
