New build in a Phanteks Eclipse P400 case. When I plug into the wall the motherboard lights come on, but I get now case or fan lights and the case power button has no response. I verified with the manual that all my connections are in the place. Even flipped the power sw, HDLED, and reset SW connectors and still nothing.

I'm kind of hoping that it's a bad power supply for an easy swap.
