Regarding your case, H110M-DVS R3.0 only support 4-pin fan control.
If 3-pin fan connected, will work at full speed.

Hello. I have H100M-DVS R3.0 motherboard, Intel G4600 and Deepcool Alta 9 CPU fan (3pin), which is always running at full speed (2200RPM), even if CPU temperature is 45 degrees. I tried to set some setting in BIOS using FAN-tastic tuning, even setting CPU fan speed to 0 if temperature is below 55 degrees, but it still runs at full speed. Why is that?
