Please check the device manager if the Wi-Fi network adapter and Bluetooth device is show.
Also, please make sure the antenna has connected properly.

I have an ASRock Z390M Pro4 motherboard that supports M.2 wifi/bluetooth and have the intel 9260. All the drivers are installed however the computer does not see any of the wifi networks. Wifi is turned on.
