I just want to add that i enabled suspend to RAM just yesterday for testing. I left the machine suspended for a while and when i came back, it was turned on and waiting for login. Did you try another USB port for the mouse?

So my rig only awakes if i press a key on the keyboard or on the mouse, but not when moving the mouse.

Suspend to RAM is enabled
Deep Sleep is disabled

I have Win7 USB Wake Support off, but it still wakes the system when I move my mouse

Sutdown and switch off the PSU. Problem gone. And saves energy.

In my bios i have
Advanced\AMD PBS\Win7 USB Wake Support (disabled)

And i am using my good old Cherry keyboard with PS/2 connector.
