Your pictures are showing a correct behavior of your CPU.<br /><br />Do you have lower results in benchmarks?<br /><br />Do you have a complete windows backup from the time, where you got higher CPU frequencies? <br />If yes, make a restore and test again.<br />If no:<br />- What Windows and driver updates had been done?<br />- Did the windows power plan change?<br />- Is HWINFO Version newer?<br />- What bios settings did you change?<br /><br /><br /><br />]]>
