Please remove the entire storage device including SATA/USB devices from your system.<br /><br />2. Unplug the power cord and then reinstall the M.2 SSD to M.2 slot. Power on system and then enter to BIOS setup:<br /><br />a. Under Advanced tab&gt;Storage Configuration, please check if the M.2 SSD is detected.<br />b. In Boot tab&gt;Boot Option, please check if the M.2 SSD is recognized in boot option.<br />c. Restart system and press &#091;F11&#093; to check if the M.2 SSD can be detected in Boot Menu.<br /><br />3. Try to install a Windows 10 on it and check if the SSD can be detected in Windows installation page.<br /><br />4. No BIOS settings recognize my M.2 SSD.<br />Any other suggestions?<br /><br />Regards.<br />]]>
