hello guys and gals.

the ASRock polychrome app used to work perfectly fine, i had a rx 5700 xt card in and since then its broken and it will be replaced by a 2080S

now the app was giving me issues and errors etc and wouldnt work, even after uninstalling and reinstalling older versions of the app and even a fresh windows install (irrelevant to the fault finding but still didnt help)

the app still refuses to work saying ASR VGA and LED HEADER not detected even when plugged into LED header on mother board

when in bios the front fans refuse to change from red to any other colour and also refuses to change AIO cooler from green.

ram also locks to red but have used the Gskill app and got that sorted out back to what it needs to do

followed a prior BIOS flash etc that was posted elsewhere and nothing has helped at all.

Ryzen 7 3700x paired with coolermaster 240L AIO (supported according to website)
Coolermaster mb520 case (fans also supported)
phantom gaming 4 motherboard
16gb trident Gskill 3200mhz
windows 10 pro
