Hi guys
I need a BIOS file for this motherboard

This board has BIOS V2.30 and the Asrock site says need at least V2.60 to support the 4th generation intel core processors, but that is the only compatible CPU I have - an i3-4150

So, most likely because of the BIOS being too old, the motherboard sticks in a loop powering on and off and will not POST at all

That wouldn't normally be a problem as I have a TL866 Eprom programmer so there is no problem for me to flash the BIOS, I just need the ROM or BIN file.

But I can't find it on the Asrock support site

I downloaded the DOS, Windows and Instant Flash BIOS files and unzipped them but none of them contain a ROM file or a BIN file - the file size is wrong.

I tried running the Windows executable on a different PC, thinking that would probably give me the option to write a BIN file to disk - but it just flashes up an empty DOS box for an instant, and does nothing else..

How do I flash the BIOS?
