Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Please follow the steps as below to uncheck the "Turn on fast startup" under windows.

Step 1. Open the Power Option item in control panel.
Step 2. Click the Choose what the power button do link.
Step 3. Click Change settings that are currently unavailable.
Step 4. Clear the Turn on fast startup (recommend) check box.
Step 5. Click Save changes.

Hi,

I need to power off my USB when my PC is off. I have enable Deep sleep from BIOS but my USB still on, even shut down.
Is there anything wrong? My BIOS is 5.3 and clean win10.
