Referring to your question about onboard audio ports, kindly verify the suggestions below:

1. Kindly verify both front and rear audio port.
2. Kindly install the Realtek driver from the link below:
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Drivers/All/Audio/Realtek_Audio(v8403_FF00).zip
3. Kindly refer to page.25 to clear CMOS:
http://asrock.pc.cdn.bitgravity.com/Manual/B450M-HDV.pdf
4. Kindly clean install the operating system.

After few months ago, my onboard audio sound stopped working. I connected different audio devices, but the result still the same. No sound anymore when playing games or youtube!! (WIN10)
Now, I have to use an external sound card that solved the problem.
What?™s going on of my internal audio?? Is there any solution?
