You will have to use another cpu to flash to the latest bios version if the board does not come with 4.20. I am planning a new PC build with a 9900KS and Z390 Taichi. I see that the board needs a BIOS update (4.20) to support the 9900KS. If it so happens that I get a board with an earlier version of the BIOS, will it be able to successfuly POST so that I can update the BIOS?
