Hi all!

My AsRock RX 5700 ChallengerD fans arent' working.
All the time they are stopped, even with +90 Celcius degrees (measuring with MSI Afterburner).

Its needed to set up manual fan speed to it work.
I have the last AMD Adrenalin driver installed and Windows (1903) is updated as well.

Please, help me with it.
