Author: kaabiio
Subject: 12838
Posted: 09 Nov 2019 at 8:16am

Looking for some help with preparing my mobo for my new Ryzen 5 3600 cpu.

Here's the URL for my mobo info - AB350M
https://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/AB350M/index.asp#Overview

I currently have a Ryzen 5 1600 and successfully flashed my BIOS from 2.5 to the bridge BIOS (3.2) that is listed for my mobo. According to the instructions I should be able to flash straight to version 5.4 or 5.6, which I need to support my new CPU, but unfortunately I'm getting the "no disk image found" message when I try. I know it's not an issue with my USB drive or the USB port it's in due to the fact I just used it to successfully flash to 3.2. Any help would be appreciated - thanks!
