I bought a new computer recently that has a ASRock Phantom X Motherboard. The computer is set to sleep after 20 mins; however, everything turns off and then the computer reboots itself every 20 mins rather than sleeping.

I noticed an option called "Deep Sleep" in the MBD configurations, but it says it is not recommended. Why is this not recommended and what other options do I have rather than having it turn off and on every 20 minutes?
