Anybody know the difference between Asrock Thunderbolt 3 AIC and Thnerbolt 3 AIC R2?

I see an extra internal connector but I don't know if exist more differences and If have compatibility differences.

Other Question is if any motherboard with header AIC is compatible with any of these pcie cards, R2 and not RS.

For las, what cable or accesorie I need to have any extra HDMI output with thunderbolt?

This will be probabl for AMD Asrock X570 Phantom Gaming X or Intel Z390
I need to buy card with lan 10GB, 3 video output and Thunderbolt. If not is possible can be withe less vide ouput and with 2,5 GB lan .
