Dear 3g0,

Thank you for posting your query to ASRock forum.

Once the ultra-fast boot setting is enabled in the BIOS, the system will directly boot into OS.

The only way to access the BIOS again is to clear CMOS.
Clear CMOS will allow all of the BIOS to load the default settings.

To clear CMOS, please refer to the manual below:

Please note that the fast boot setting is preferred for users who have only one OS in the system.

Hi, Im new here,

I just a few word to avoid future people with a Deskmini A300 to search for hours. For those who would need to access the UEFI, you'll need to download an app to do so ....

With fast boot enable in windows and UltraFastBoot enable in the UEFI (FastBoost2000 wouldn't be better ?) to download this windows only software : Restart to UEFI ver:1.0.6.1 = https://www.asrock.com/nettop/AMD/DeskMini%20A300%20Series/#Download
