I have this same card. My suggestion is to go into Wattman and set the minimum RPM to 45%. At the 65C mark, set it to 55% minimum, higher if needed. At 45% - 55% my card maxes out 72C at 100% load. Also, what case are you using? Referring to your question about the temperature, please download the
Phantom Gaming Tweak ver:1.0.4 from the link below:

With the tool, you are able to increase the fan speed according to the different graphics card temperatures.

Also please try to lower the "GPU clock" and "memory clock" and press "Apply."

By doing the step above, it should allow the graphics card running at a lower temperature.

ASRock Phantom Gaming X RX590, heats up very quickly, running with full power fan and noise.
In most games, it works with heat from 80 to 85 and does not drop below 84 degrees after a while.
after a while the computer goes to the black screen.
I tried another graphics card on my computer and everything was normal.

What do you think is the solution ?
