    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=14449">vojzlislav</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 12893<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 16 Nov 2019 at 2:53am<br /><br />I recently bought the A300 deskmini and I am having issues with the RAM memory.<br /><br />CPU: 2400g<br />RAM: 8GB SODIMM DDR4 Kingston PC2666 HyperX Impact x2<br />M.2 SSD<br />Bios version 3.50<br /><br />The issue started when installing windows, I got random errors and crashes. After that I removed one stick and the problem was fixed.<br /><br />I ran MemTest86 and found out that I get errors only when slot marked with B1 in the manual is filled (both sticks work fine in slot A1). When I tried setting the RAM speed to 2133 the MemTest86 didn't report any errors. However today, my system booted to bios as the SSD was not recognized. After removing the RAM stick from B1 the system booted up normally.<br /><br />So my question is should I try to update the bios to 3.60 or is there anything else I should try or should I just return the unit to the vendor? ]]>
