I have the x399 Taichi board with a Ryzen 1900x TR. I recently replaced my cooler because the AIO water cooler that I had broke. I removed the cooler and installed the TR4 Noctua air cooler. Now for some reason when I try to boot the CPU fan isn't spinning. I have it connected to the correct header and the board is receiving power. I'm also using two 8GB sticks of RAM in slots A2 and B2. When I removed one stick from slot B2 and boot the PC the CPU fan spins, and everything boots up. I just don't understand what it could be since everything on this worked before. Only thing I changed was the cooler and now the PC won't boot with both sticks of RAM installed. ]]>
