Or my BIOS for that matter. I handle all that manually.

Have you attempted rolling back the driver in Device Manager?

And as you've now experienced, I do not let apps nor Windows Update monkey around with updating any drivers.

I have this problem right after restarted when the update of my drivers is finished. I updated the drivers via Asrock App Shop, and voila after the updates is finished all my USB port seems death with no power, I manage to make my keyboard and my mouse back by enabling PS/2 emulator on UEFI Advanced Settings but other than that none of my USB device work.

My Motherboard : H170 Performance
OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 64bit

All kind of help is welcome.
