I have a 2600x in here, all settings to default, no XMP profile loaded, temps are good at 32 degrees and the CPU will no boost over 3600 Mhz. I cannot find anywhere in the BIOS to enable or disable PBO although there is a Core Performance Boost which might be the same?   This is driving me nuts. Voltage/temps are well within norms, but it won't change Pstate down either. Stays at 3600 no matter what.
