how can i update the BIOS when nothing shows on the screen at all. Did you flash to a newer BIOS that supports Ryzen 3000s? I think that board supports 1st and 2nd generation Ryzen out of the box.

I have a ASRock B450M Pro 4 motherboard with AMD Ryzen 3 Processor with Radeon Vega Graphics and Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 2x8GB (16GB) Memory kit and a WD 160GB hard drive with Windows 10 on it. And it doesn't want to boot. Everytime it turns on after a few seconds it shuts off and turn itself back on and so forth.
