Yes, you can. Also there's a good chance you can do either of the following:

1. boot it up with the 3950X (should work) and be able to flash 2.50
2. boot it up with the 3950X inside while pressing the flashback button to flash 2.50

I'm planning to buy a new shiny X570 taichi with an ryzen9 3950x
Is very unlikely that will came with the new P2.10 bios version , so I need to know if i can BIOS FLASHBACK the new bios without the cpu installed .
I'm asking that bcz with any previous bios version the cpu is not compatible with the mobo and cannot even enter in the bios session.
I don't have any ryzen 2000 or 3000 compatible with firsts bios versions of the mobo so I need to be sure if I can do this stuff without any issues.
