The hardware reserve is much related to the system configuration or OS environment.

According to your question, we have some suggestions for you to verify:

1. Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via [F9] key.

2. Install the memory module to A2/B2 slot and check if system will show Dual-Channel mode under BIOS>Main page.

3. Please reinstall a clean Windows 10 OS.

4. If possible, please install another memory module.

Hello,

i get the problem today with the memory, windows 10 display HARDWARE RESERVED MEMORY is 7.6GB strange number, and BIOS show single channel instead dual-channel.
But if I only install one DIMM, it shows 50.2 MB seems normal.
Install two will show 7.6GB again.

Clear cmos still have this issue. could anyone help me to fix this symptom?
