Please enter BIOS setup and load BIOS default setting via &#091;F9&#093; key.<br /><br />2. Install the memory module to A2/B2 slot and check if system will show Dual-Channel mode under BIOS&gt;Main page.<br /><br />3. Please reinstall a clean Windows 10 OS.<br /><br />4.
