Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Referring to your question, please verify the suggestions below:

1. Please remove all of the devices from the motherboard and only leave the CPU and one memory module on slot B.
2. Please remove the first module installed to the motherboard and install the second memory module to the B slot.
3. If possible, please use different memory module and observe if it will work.

Hi all,
Please help me, when installing my memory module into slot B, no image output.
But into slot A, the computer starts up properly. Already CLEAR CMOS no improvement.
Is there anything I can DO now? OR it is the broken board?
