Please unplug all of the storage devices including USB, SATA and only connect a system disk to check if system can post into OS smoothly.

2. Under BIOS> Boot page, please adjust system disk (Windows Boot manager) as first Boot option and press [F10] to save the settings and exit.

3. Only install one stick memory, CPU, system disk and graphics card to check if system can boot into OS.

4. Press [F11] during the post screen and access the system disk from Boot Menu to verify.

5. If possible, please reinstall a clean Windows 10 OS to verify.

Thanks!

All the best,
ASRock TSD
