That should be fine.

For comparison, on my 3700X+X570 Steel Legend I'm using this kit from TEAM :

TF1D416G3200HC16CDC01

Team Night Hawk 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4-3200 16-18-18-38

It's running stable @3733 16-19-19-36 1.35V with no problem
