I have my microphones volume on 100 and +30db in windows.

I found out on the forums that some people has had the same problem but I couldn't find a solution for it.
Im thinking could it be somekind of driver problem with the MB and realtek audio drivers. (I couldnt find older drivers for the MB on the website)
I have tried it with other headphones and they do the same.

Specs:
Case: Lian Li O11-Dynamic
MOBO: ASRock Taichi Z390
CPU: Intel i7 9700K
GPU: Asus strix 1070
PSU: Corsair 650W
RAM: 4x8GB DDR4 Hyperx fury 2666mhz
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
SSD: Samsung 960 evo 250Gb
