Thank you! Managed to update BIOS but didn't fix my RAM Speed issues or ASRRGBLED Polychrome issues! Dear Zeet,

Thank you for posting your query to ASRock forum.

When upgrading BIOS through the App shop, it is required to have Win10 RS3 or the previous version.

If Win10 RS3 or the previous version is not being used on the system, kindly use the instant flash method to flash the BIOS.

Hi everyone,

Recently rebuilt my PC using the Z270 Extreme 4 mobo:

When I open the APP Shop - it says I have 2.20 BIOS but when I try to update to the latest version using the Live Update & App Shop - I get an error message saying 2.70 BIOS is not supported by my motherboard.

Is there a version of BIOS i should be upgrading to like 2.60 to make sure I'm fully updated?
