Has someone found a solution? The Programm worked perfectly for me one month ago (except Razer Chroma Connectivity), then it suddently broke and showed me the "This utility is not for this Plattform"-Error(0xFFFF). Now I flashed the RGB Controller and its giving me the (OxFFFB) Error-"No ASR graphics card and USB Header". It previously working should show that my MB is compatible, right?

I have the same issue on my Z370 fatal1ty Gaming K6 board. Hi There,

I have the Z270 Extreme 4 Board
BIOS: 2.70

Can't seem to get the ASRRGBLED software to work. Really want the Polychrome software to game sync with other programs.

The only way I can get control of the RGB lights is if I uninstall and download the simple RGB LED software.

Any advice on how to get this program to work?

I receive error: 0xFFFB
"There is no Asr VGA card and Asr USB LED Header!"
