Hey, new to this forum so if I'm posting in the wrong area let me know.

I've just finished building a new pc with the B450 Gaming K4 AM4 board with a ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 970 and every time I power the pc on the lights come on and the fans run, but every few seconds it restarts with no beeps, no lights, no post, no info, nothing.
