    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=10162">Ray62</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 13200<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 19 Dec 2019 at 7:08pm<br /><br />If you cannot find a jumper elsewhere, just use a tweezers to make the contact like the jumper would do for 5 seconds.<br /><br />When setting up a new system, the best is always to begin with a minimal config with the mainboard placed on the desk (on wood or the mobo box).<br />Just with CPU, one RAM stick in slot A2, GPU, mouse and keyboard and all the correct PSU cables connected to see if the system is able to start the bios. And then step by step the other RAM stick and drive(s) will be added.<br /><br />5 beeps point to a not running CPU.<br />Correct ATX 12V Power Connector applied? Nr.1 in the manual.<br />CPU correct seated?<br /><br />Another thing could be an incorrect mounting of the board in the case.<br /><br /><br />]]>
