I put in amd 3900 cpu and memory card and PSU, when I turn on the power, there is no response. No beep, no light, the cpu fan and psu fan not spining. If I remove cpu and memory, just plain motherboad and psu. Same response, no standby led light up and no psu fan spinning when turn the power on. Does this mean the motherboard is bad? This is the second motherboard, I returned the first one because it was same behaviour. I tested psu works fine with other motherboard. ]]>
