Rebooted the modem and or router?<br /><br />The more info you can include about your problem the better. Especially thinigs you have already tried.<br /><br />peace<br />wanna]]>

I've never had to install anything with mine, it just worked.<br />Windows should have installed the Microsoft provided driver version 15.6.1.3 dated 08/18/2015 during the upgrade.<br />Perhaps you could try right clicking on it and uninstalling it from the device manager and rebooting the machine.<br />That may force Windows to reload it and possibly use the correct driver for it this time.<br /><br />peace<br />wanna]]>

I have ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 motherboard. I use the ethernet port to connect to the internet but after the upgrade I didn't have the internet connection.  <br />I looked at my LAN connection and it said no connection. I ran the Windows troubleshooting program and it said that the driver was bad, but didn't say which driver. Since the Ethernt driver is Broadcom netlink driver I assumed that was it but I can't find the ASRock supported version of that driver for Windows 10. <br />I went on ASRock Z77 Extreme 4 website to see if there's a downlink for the Broadcom driver and there isn't.<br />https://www.asrock.com/mb/Intel/Z77%20Extreme4/#Download<br />XFastLAN utility didn't help.<br /><br />Has anyone seen this issue? <br /><br />Thanks.<br /><br /><span style="font-size:10px"><br /><br />Edited by ASRock_TSD - 26 Dec 2019 at 11:27am</span>]]>
