I can confirm that Samsung M391A4G43MB1-CTD 32GB ECC UDIMMs definitely do work with this motherboard!

Just heard from Asrock support. They say it should work but they have not tested with it.

I've just ordered a pair of them, should be with me Monday. To get a definitive answer you will need to contact ASRock Tech Support:

It is an unbuffered ECC RAM module so in theory it should work but the 32gb
capacity may require a BIOS update, I can't be sure. I suspect it will work
but I wouldn't take my word for it, these things are not cheap. ASRock Tech
Support should be able to tell you for sure but you may have to wait till January 2nd
