Unfortunately
that could mean any number of things. To narrow it down try the following:

1. Disconnect all drives and unnecessary hardware.

2. Remove the GPU and try to power on, it should give a different beep code with no GPU connected. If the code is the same, try a different GPU.

3. Remove all RAM, as above, it should give another code.

Let us know how it goes.

The PC Speaker I installed gives 4 same length beeps. This is the second MoBo that wouldn't post on me. I have 2 other Steel Legends that work just great. I tested the CPU on another MoBo and it posts.

I have installed:
MSI 2070 (In Slot 1)
Intel SSD6 2 TB m.2 (the 1 TB ones work just fine in the other MoBo)
1080 w PSU that posted another MoBo.
Corsair 8 g ddr4-3200 (I think) RAM, but I took the TridentZ Neo DDR4-3600 16 gig ram from one of the working PCs, but still no post.

The HD light however does flash like it is booting but nothing on post. The 4 red issue lights go out giving me no indication as to where the problem is.
