It gets louder when I move the mouse and it gets really annoying up to a point that it's giving me a headache and I can't use my headphones anymore - even on low-ish volume.
It's base sound is similar to the sound you hear when you're wearing cheap headphones while walking through these anti-shoplifting devices.

Specs:
- Win 10
- Z390 Taichi
- i9-9900k
- MSI Gaming X GTX 1070 (in PCIe 2)
- Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 32gb
- Logitech X-140
- Roccat Nyth
- Roccat Horde

BT and Wifi are disabled (antennas aren't screwed in).

I used the speakers, the headphone, mouse and keyboard on my old PC too and I didn't experience the problem there. The speakers are plugged into the rear audio port (green) of the motherboard and the headphones are plugged into the speakers.

I replugged the audio cable - didn't help.
I removed nVidia's HD audio driver - didn't help.
I unplugged mouse+keyboard - it's still there.
I unplugged the headphones - still there when I turn the speakers up to the max.

How do I fix this?
Is this a problem with audio drivers?
