Thanks for posting your query to ASRock forum.

To wake on LAN, please go to BIOS then turn on following settings:
BIOS\Advanced\ACPI Configuration\I219 LAN Power On
BIOS\Advanced\ACPI Configuration\PCIe Device Power On

Once the settings are changed, please press F10 to save and changes.

Also, please make sure that the LAN drivers are downloaded from the link below:

I have a Z390 Phantom Gaming 6.
It won't wake on lan by remote device on the 2.5g port
In Device Manager for the 2.5 port I have Wake on Magic Packet, wake on pattern matching and Shutdown Wake On Lan all enabled. None of these resolve the issue.

How do I make the 2.5G port able to respond to wake on lan requests?
