With symptoms like that I would start with another PSU, 9 times out of 10 when a

While playing WOW, PC suddenly turned off and won't reboot.
When I turn the power on at the Power supply, the LEDs turn on and cycle through the colours continuosly. However when I press the power on button, I hear an audible click at the powersupply, but nothing else happens, Dr Debug remains blank - does not light up at all.

This setup is about 2 years old, Ryzen 1700, 32GB Corsair vengeance DDR4-3200.
m.2 SSD 960 EVO SAMSUNG.

I suspect CPU, mobo or power supply. Is there anything else I might try?
