    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=14882">ZRV</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 13290<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 30 Dec 2019 at 12:11pm<br /><br />I currently own the asrock ab350 pro4, recently i just swapped out my Corsair vengeance LPX 8gb (2x4) 3200mhz to a 16gb kit that runs at 3000mhz.<br />The 8gb kit was running at the 2666mhz that the board allows up to without OC.<br />Once i installed the 16gb kit, the stock mhz was at 2111mhz.<br /><br />I can't find the previous code model # for the 8gb kit.<br />16b kit: CMK16GX4M2B3000C15<br /><br />I played around with the xmp profile and got it up to  2666mhz.<br /><br />My computer:<br />CPU - Ryzen 5 1600<br />GPU - RTX 2060<br />RAM - 2x8  CMK16GX4M2B3000C15<br />MB - Asrock ab350 pro 4.<br /><br /><br />A few questions i need some help getting answers on. <br /><br />will any of the BIOS updates increase RAM speed/performance?<br /><br />How come my 3000mhz ran at a stock of 2111mhz if they're very similar?<br /><br />If any other info is needed feel free to ask.<br />Thank you for your time in replying and helping.
