You should have reported back when you first found it if it was under a standard Win10 release. The official Win 10 releases are listed here:

You are running a preview release of Win 10 Dec 2019. If you have problems you need to check MS:

Win10 64bit Build 19536.rs_prerelease.191211-1446

In Device Manager views by attachment, there is the following:

1. Nothing attached to the faulting controller,
2. On the Intel(R) 100 Series/C230 Chipset Family SATA AHCI Controller are a DVD,2xSSD's and a std disk drive
3. On one of the other Standard SATA AHCI Controllers there are two std hard drives
4. Noticed that I have an I/O adapter hardware error showing up under device manager, it is for PCI bus 0, device 3, function 0 and is a Standard SATA AHCI Controller (IDE ATA/ATAPI controller)
