Thank you to anyone who tried to help! I got it working thanks to a guy on Tom's Hardware Forum. I tried that, and as far as I know, the Ryzen CPU doesn't have onboard graphics. The monitor has an auto select setting, but I can change it manually too. I also have another problem of the power to the computer turning off every 30 seconds and then turning back on. Make sure all USB devices are unplugged. Hello everyone. I decided to test my luck and build a computer for the first time over Christmas. Probably a mistake.
(Note: I did have another RAM that may not have been compatible with this motherboard. I got a new one, and I've attempted to clear the CMOS. I just don't know if it worked.
I have not been able to install Windows, because the screen hasn't been turning on.
There was a person that had a similar problem, which I'll post here: http://forum.asrock.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=6962&title=ab350m-pro4-wont-post-help-please . They got it resolved by clearing the CMOS a different way.)

Anyway, here are my parts:

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6 core Processor

Motherboard: ASRock B450M PRO4 Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard

Memory: Crucial Ballistix Sport AT 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory

Storage: Segate Barracuda 3 TB Hard Drive(2.5 inches)

Graphics Card: GeForce GTX 1660 Ti

Case: Thermaltake Commander C31 TG ARGB ATX Mid Tower Case

Power Supply: Thermaltake Smart M 750 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

and a wireless network adapter

Now that you got through all that mess, here's my problem: No matter what I do, I cannot get my monitor to show ANYTHING.
Here are some tests I've run:
I know that the monitor and the cable work fine, I've used them on another computer.
The computer is turning on, all the fans spin and the lights work.
The monitor is plugged into the wall, it knows there is a connection TO the computer, just nothing going out from it.
The speaker isn't giving any debug codes.
The monitor is plugged into the Graphics Card since my computer hasn't been set up.
When I turn the computer on, I have the USB put into the top of the computer, but nothing is happening on the screen.

If anyone could help, I would definitely appreciate it.
