Author: gschu
Subject: 13317
Posted: 02 Jan 2020 at 3:37am

I have 2 sticks of G.Skill Trident Z RGB (2x16GB) 3600 RPM that works fine, except when the computer enters sleep mode, it won't shut off. I've read numerous posts about this problem. I've tried the G.Skill RGB software, Polychrome, and CAM with no luck. I have S5 disabled in the BIOS so all the other components go to sleep, but the memory stays active.

Can you please fix this issue? It's been fixed on the Asus boards via BIOS settings ... why can't ASRock do the same?
