thank you for your help. With the AMD update in Jan it seemed to have worked.

Vbios is updated i believe

I do not have that bios version, I have 017.001.000.049.033862

Any ideas why it is failing to update? When I try to update my vbios all I get is an error to say that it failed. Website doesn't help with trouble shooting. Does the card ship with the latest bios now as I only bought it last month and perhaps that is why? I'm not sure where I can see what vbios I have on the card. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
