To activate dual channel mode, it is required to install identical memory (the same brand, speed, size and chip-type) DDR4 DIMM pairs to A1/B1 or A2/B2 slot.<br /><br />2. To make sure DRAM slots are all functioning, please install one memory to each DRAM slot by turns to verify.<br /><br />3. Please re-install the CPU.<br /><br />4. If possible, please change another CPU to verify since memory controller is built-in CPU.<br /><br />5. I install two a kit (8G*2) memory but not working in dual channel, it appears only single mode.<br />Check in win10 OS also say single, why?<br />If I need to return the board or the memory?
