Greetings, this is ASRock TSD.


Regarding your symptom, we have some suggestions for you to check the system:

1. Please refer to user manual page.26 to clear CMOS.

2. Try to plug the sound device to rear/front audio jack.

3. Try to play the audio by another software.

4. Only install CPU, one stick memory, graphics card and system disk to verify the sound quality.

5. Uninstall the original driver and reinstall the following version.

6. If possible, please change another speaker/headphone.

Hi, I am not sure if this is single case.
I got an audio problem since 2 month on B450 Steel Legend.
When listening to music or watching youtube, The audio playback sounds weird sometimes louder sometimes mute. I did not change the volume.
I've tried windows10 reinstall, flashed the BIOS to 2.3 and updated software again, nothing has fixed this issue.
Now, I am not sure how to fix it. Please advise it, thanks.
