Can you tell us more about the Ryzen 3200 or show detailed tests in the benchmarks?

Honestly, on the 400 series, 3000 should be plenty. Hi Old dog learning new tricks. New Build, B450 Gaming 4K board/Ryzen 2700/530Watts/SATA SSD512/1050 GPU. I have 16 gb 3200 RAM (2 sticks). Can I run at 3200 or should I limit to 3000? Can I realistically run 32 gb at 3200 or 3000 if I buy two more matching sticks? Can you point me to a good Youtube or site for a walk through to tweak settings. Build purpose, audio-video-anime rendering.
